At Cairn, we want you to enjoy your products with confidence. All our products meet safety standards and comply with the legislation in force in the countries of delivery. Some of our products are certified as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Each product is delivered with its user manual and the certificates of conformity are available on our site.
Your right to conformity
- If a product has a defect or a conformity problem (product does not work as expected, is defective upon receipt or does not match its description), you have a period of 2 years from the date of receipt to have it replaced or refunded. During this period, you do not need to prove when the problem appeared, just show that it exists.
- We are committed to replacing the product free of charge and within 30 days, to limit any inconvenience for you.
- If the product is replaced, the warranty restarts for 2 years from the date of replacement.
