As a key member of our Sales Administration team (France/Export), you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience both in France and internationally, particularly for our motorcycle equipment such as helmets and accessories.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the interface between customers and regional sales managers,
• Processing and monitoring customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines,
• Handling invoicing,
• Coordinating logistics activities, including international shipments, customs documentation, and regulatory requirements,
• Managing outstanding orders and backorders,
• Working closely with regional managers to resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction,
• Communicating regularly with international customers regarding orders, delivery times, and any issues,
• Analyzing sales performance on export markets and proposing improvement actions,
• Ensuring administrative follow-up of sales, contracts, and customs documents,
• Implementing and promoting commercial operations defined by regional managers.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in administration, business, or customer relations, or at least 3 years of experience in a similar Sales Administration role,
• Good knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, customs documentation, and international regulations,
• Proven experience in export sales administration, ideally in the motorcycle, sports, or fashion industry,
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus,
• Comfortable using ERP systems (experience with Sage X3 is a strong advantage),
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.),
• Ability to manage orders, invoicing, deadlines, and priorities in a demanding environment,
• Experience working with international and multicultural clients.
