What data do we process?
CAIRN SPORT processes the following categories of personal data: identification data, professional experiences, certifications and diplomas, professional qualifications, career aspirations, CV elements, and interview reports. In the forms, the information collected by CAIRN SPORT and which are essential to meet the aforementioned purposes are identified by an asterisk on the collection forms. If you do not fill in these mandatory fields, CAIRN SPORT may not be able to provide the concerned service.
Who has access to your personal data?
Your personal data is primarily communicated/accessed by the Human Resources Department and the intended hierarchical superiors of CAIRN SPORT. Outside of CAIRN SPORT, your data is communicated to the IT service providers of CAIRN SPORT. Subcontractors acting according to the instructions of CAIRN SPORT will be required to implement appropriate protection measures. If some partners of CAIRN SPORT are located outside the European Union, we will ensure that transfers are carried out in accordance with French regulatory requirements (for example, implementation of contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission). You can contact the Data Protection Officer of CAIRN SPORT to obtain more information on these subjects as well as a copy of the relevant documents.
How long do we keep your personal data?
Personal data is retained for 3 months after the recruitment process is completed or 2 years after the last contact if the candidate has agreed to have their CV stored in the CV database.
What are your rights?
- You have the right to request access to your personal data.
- You have the right to request the rectification of your personal data.
- You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, (i) if you dispute the accuracy of your data during the period allowing us to verify the accuracy of the latter, (ii) if you consider that we are processing your data unlawfully and you require a restriction of its use rather than erasure, (iii) if we no longer need your data regarding the purposes mentioned above but it is still necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of your legal claims, (iv) in case of exercising your right to object during the verification period concerning whether the legitimate reasons we pursue prevail over yours.
- You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.
- You have the right to request to exercise your right to object concerning the processing carried out for reasons related to your particular situation.
- You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing and producing legal effects concerning you or significantly affecting you.
- You have the right to exercise your right to data portability, which gives you the right to obtain a copy of your data or to transfer it to a third party in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time when the processing of your data is based on that consent.
- You also have the right to formulate directives concerning the retention, erasure, and communication of your personal data after death.
