Each size corresponds to a measurement of the head circumference in centimeters. Select the one that matches your head.

To correctly measure your head circumference:

1. Place a soft measuring tape just above your eyebrows, in the middle of the forehead.
2. Pass it around your head, including the back of the skull at the occipital hump (the most prominent part).
3. Read the measurement obtained: it is your head circumference.

No flexible meter? Use a string, shoelace or belt. Wrap it the same way around your head, then measure its length using a ruler.
