A NEW APPROACH
In a world increasingly aware of the importance of preserving our planet, we are committed to adopting more environmentally-friendly practices. Central to these initiatives is the increasing use of recycled packaging and recycled or recyclable raw materials.
This bold and responsible approach demonstrates our commitment to reducing our environmental footprint, while helping to combat plastic pollution worldwide. Switching to recycled packaging represents a significant step towards reducing plastic waste and preserving marine wildlife, while limiting the degradation of terrestrial ecosystems. With this new Winter 2025 collection, 80% of our packaging will be made from recycled cardboard.
RAW MATERIALS
What's more, the use of recycled or recyclable raw materials is part of the same environmental approach. By gradually replacing non-renewable raw materials with circular or biosourced alternatives, we are helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Recyclable raw materials also promote economic circularity, allowing products to be reused and transformed at the end of their life, reducing the amount of waste going to landfill. Some of our glasses use recycled materials, as do our gloves, hats and accessories, which use recycled yarns.
PACKAGING
This shift towards recycled packaging and recycled or recyclable raw materials is not without its challenges. It involves investment to find viable and sustainable alternatives that will deliver long-term benefits for the preservation of our planet and for future generations who will inherit our planet.
