PIERRE LOUIS CRET
"Live to ski, and ski to live!"
A native of La Grave, Pierre Louis (or Pilou) loves exploring the mountains in all their forms, usually on skis!
Winter and summer alike, it's in La Grave, the legendary spot for freeride skiing, that he lives and practises his various outdoor passions!
DISCOVER HIS PROFILE ON INSTAGRAMI've been skiing since I was 3 years old, and I've always loved it, both in training and as a hobby. What's more, I grew up in a very special resort because it's 100% off-piste!
So it was natural for me to turn to freeriding to do something new, with the added thrill of freedom. I also like to find that same freedom in mountain biking and mountaineering!
I've always wanted to become a mountain guide, to make a living from my passions. It's a job that lets you travel and discover new places all the time!
I've been to around thirty summits in the Écrins, as well as some beautiful peaks in Chamonix, both on skis and in mountaineering. I've also been to the South Island of New Zealand, which remains my most beautiful trip to date!
2nd place overall in the Derby de la Meije in 2019
3rd place at the FWQ 2* in Nendaz in 2021
For me, CAIRN means useful and stylish protection, whatever the season!
