Pierrick has loved the mountains, skiing and hiking ever since he was a little boy, and soon left the city to settle in the Alps when he finished his studies.
Summer or winter, the mountains are the best gym for him.

On easy or more technical spots, the pleasure takes over from the sport and that's what I'm looking for above all else.
Dreams ... there are so many that I feel like the list keeps filling up! But the basic idea is to continue enjoying the mountains as much as possible.
As far as my goals are concerned, I'm not necessarily a competitive runner, but I do intend to switch from Trail to Ultra Trail. More kilometers means more fun, if you know what I mean!
The spots around the house that I continue to sand, i.e. the Aravis massif and La Tournette. Otherwise, I have a soft spot for the East Atlantic Archipelagos for Trail and big hikes: the Canaries, Madeira ... all that!
The greatest success of all is to make your friends, family and followers dream! And making them all want to go out and have fun without taking themselves too seriously.
Otherwise, my latest 'medical success' is that I recovered from a double fracture of the foot this summer and was able to do the 34km 2100D+ Grand Trail du Lac du Bourget as my final rehabilitation.
For me, CAIRN is quality technical gear that's perfectly suited to my outdoor activities. The fact that it's a French brand is obviously a big PLUS.
